Refund policy

We at The Sports Concept Store understand that buying online can be daunting without having seen the actual product or trying it on. We therefore gladly accept exchanges and returns, subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • If you require a refund, you must log a return within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in the original, unworn condition, with all packaging and swing tags. We will refund you in the same method that you purchased the goods.

  • You may exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in the original, unworn condition, with all packaging, undamaged, and swing tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear (excluding bras) may not be returned or exchanged.

  • The item must have been purchased online from thesportsconceptstore.co.za

  • Discounts, Gift Cards and Vouchers issued from the online store or email are not valid at any of our physical stores, unless specifically stated.

How to Return or Exchange a Product? 

  • Email our Customer Care team at salescs@thesportsconceptstore.co.za or call us on 087 378 4937

  • We shall arrange for the item to be collected by a courier.

  • Place the item together with original swing tickets and original invoice in the bag which will be provided by our courier.

  • Once we have inspected and validated your return, we will arrange for an exchange, or refund your full purchase price within 8 days of return.
